The Word of God continues to go out in various and sometimes unique forms. Given the diverse backgrounds of people met in the mission field, there often comes a need to shape the presentation of the Word to speak to their own situation and context. One such ministry we have recently connected with is for truck drivers in the US. There were over 3.5 million truck drivers in the US as of 2023. This kind of work is challenging, requiring long hours on the road away from family. It can be a lonely experience for many, and like anyone else, they need to hear the hope of Jesus.

We are excited to be able to partner with Good News Distribution and Truckers Friend Network to provide a combined total of 120,000 New Testaments for their distribution across the US. With two different Bible translations, these New Testaments focus specifically on truckers, providing the Word of God along with additional resource references such as trucker-focused testimonies, podcasts, and Bible study materials.

These New Testaments are now en route to the US. Please pray with us for their safe delivery and distribution in the coming months. Pray that these Bibles will touch the lives of many truckers who come across them at gas stations, truck stops, and rest stops where they will be placed.
