We have shipped 10,000 copies of English The Messiah to the U.S. this year. These Manga are used by our mission partner, Prison Fellowship in the U.S. These manga have already arrived in the U.S., and we have received a video of the manga being boxed to send out for prison ministry.

At Prison Fellowship, their ministry is not only transforming the lives of prison inmates, but also caring for their children and families. The families of prison inmates, especially children, can easily become isolated from society, and they are at a higher risk of being involved in crime due to unaddressed fear, sadness, and loneliness. Our partner, Prison Fellowship will provide recovery resources for those families and children of prisoners through the local churches in their program known as Angel Tree. Manga sent this time will be used for this program.
New Life Ministries has shipped 3,000 copies of English Manga Messiah and 1,500 copies of English Manga Metamorphosis to our mission partner, New Life Prison Ministries Canada this year.
Many prison inmates are desperate for love and salvation, but the words in the Bible are printed small and sometimes hard to understand, a big hurdle for those who are not familiar with the Bible. However, Manga attracts prisoners’ interest and can be easily picked up. The contents are easy to understand, so they are effective in prison ministry.
We are truly grateful that manga printed by New Life Ministries can be used in such precious projects. Please continue to pray for the manga to be delivered to the prison inmates and their families who desire it, and bear abundant fruit, and that the work of our partners will be protected.

New Life Ministries is a non-denominational Christian ministry committed to serving the Lord by printing and sending Bibles and Gospel literature to Japan and the rest of the world, in each people group’s heart language.
Beginning in 1954, under the name New Life League, the ministry reached out to children, provided Gospel literature, and did evangelism through radio broadcast.
Later on, the work shifted more to the collection and printing of Gospel literature as the main focus.
Throughout history, there has always been a call for the supply of Bibles, and New Life Ministries has continued to do all that it can to meet the demand. Our purpose is to see Japan changed for Jesus, and that the whole world be filled with His precious Word.
